Twenty-two years after Roller City Rink in Lakewood, Colorado closed its doors and began operating as a thrift store, a local couple decided to bring the rink back to its former glory. The re-opened rink's official Web site is at rollercitywest.com

Old Skateland Roller Rink in Trinidad, Colorado
This rink even held classic roller derby style team skating competitions. The rink was situateds on Purgatoire River on the northern end of the Raton Pass leading into New Mexico.
