Circus Skate of Murray
Closed roller skating rink formerly located at 1813 U.S. Highway 641 North in the city of Murray, Kentucky.
A May 12, 2019 post on the rink's Facebook page: announced owner-operator, Joe W. Nanney was selling the rink. The last Facebook post before 2019 was in April of 2015. Note that Joe Nanney had been the rink's owner-operator since 1976.

It is with much sadness that we announce that SkateWorld is permanently shutting its door. This family business was started over 40 years ago with our matriarch, Gerry Miller, and her son, our much loved Ward Miller. We consistently strived to provide a fun atmosphere and a safe environment for families to gather, celebrate birthdays and spend quality times together. Your family became part of our family and it is difficult to say goodbye. To all of our loyal customers... thank you for your patronage and support through the years. To our SkateWorld family of employees, especially our manager, Dana we could not have kept this business running without you. The friendships made here will live on. We are forever grateful for all your hard work, dedication and support. Let us all roll forward in life cherishing our SkateWorld memories.
